Pathfinder Partner Organizations

Pathfinder Partner Organizations (PPOs) are formal and informal networks serving a country, city, region, team, or hospital.  PPOs are expected to coordinate outreach and referral efforts with the Pathfinder Outreach Network Program Director and the Executive Director of AmeriFace.

Criteria for Support Organizations:

  • Membership is open to formal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, as well as informal local/regional organizations.
  • Organization leadership representatives and condition-specific representative families must register as Pathfinders and agree to be listed in our national database, making themselves available to receive referrals for support and education purposes.
  • Website visitors must be able to easily navigate to an AmeriFace-associated program website link on the organization’s website.
  • Periodic reports of organization activities will be made at the Pathfinder program website (file your report here).
  • All Pathfinder Partner Organizations will adhere to the AmeriFace Code of Ethics.
  • All Pathfinder Partner Organizations will conduct their activities pursuant to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
  • Formal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations must remain in good standing with all local, state and federal agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

PPOs hold special status on the AmeriFace website and associated program websites.  They are also awarded use of the PPO logo for their website(s), letterhead, business cards, etc.  There is no PPO membership fee.
